Some people have just got smutty minds -
What's actually happening is the guy in the jeans is the designer, and he's explaining to the guy next to him (who happens to be a new wannabe male model),
"See, all you have to do is tuck your 'actionman tackle' away between your legs like he has, and these ridiculously slim-fitting trousers will fit you like a second skin - and with no embarrassing crotch bulges either!"
