Advertising in China

Hi, I am from China. I have been in ad industry in Shanghai China for 5 years.
If you go to Beijing, you will get confused at first, but after a while, you will be interested in the real culture of China.
Generally, ad specialists prefer work in Shanghai to Beijing due to the weather and other things.
I am planning to continue my ad career in Beijing, so that I can have chance to experience 2008 Olympic Game in Beijing.

My brother in law is currently working in China. He has invited me to go visit him for the summer and spend a few months out there. I think it would be an awesome opportuity and would love to. I also want to do an internship over the summer, however Im not really familiar with the advertisng sceme in China. Any help?

Where in China? I moved to the states when I was 5 from Shanghai, but I haven*t been back there in a few years (and from what I hear, it*s a lot different now). My dad*s trying to get me in touch with a friend*s son there who*s also going to school for advertising... so I*ll pass on any info I get from him.
