Help confirm: Is the 2008 Ford Edge song Band of Horses?

I'm about to buy this for a friend who loves it and I do know it's the band Band of Horses, but what is the song called? Some say "ghost whisperer" and the youtube page where this ad is located calls it "is there a ghost" - what's the name of this song?
