Late 90's ad with cliché web designers seen from clients p.o.v? "I will give you ahhhht!"

So, this guy I know is looking all over for this ad, and I've asked around too but all we come up with is a vague recall of the ad but no sender. This is a tricky one. Seems to have been a B2B ad run on CNN or the likes. He describes it as follows:

The entire commercial is filmed with the point of view from the client's desk. Each design team is pointing or gesturing at a laptop.

The voice over says something about, "Not all web designers are alike. Choosing the right designer can be difficult."

The first design team is a pair or stereotypical nerd developers with glasses, describing their proposal:
"...In addition to building more server-side apps and static HTML pages, we'll be using both dHTML and xHTML along with PHP and CSS to provide dynamic user-driven content..."
(pointing with pencils at laptop screen)

Cut to the second designer, a guy in a black turtleneck:
"I will give you ahhhht!" in a fake-sounding accent.
("Voila!" hand gesture around laptop screen)

Cut to the third designer, a guy with a crew cut in a t-shirt, black pants, and combat boots, slam-dancing in the middle of the room.
(No dialogue, just loud thrash music)

Voiceover: "We'll help you build the site that's right for you. (Name of company). (Slogan.)

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

I actually think the ads are from the early part of this century (Did you ever think that you would hear/use that phrase, and mean only a few years ago?!?) - i.e. 2002 or so.

I'm not 100% sure, so I'm going to give 2 answers:

First - IBM - in an effort to convince the business world that IBM was the only solution needed. There were other ads in this vein for IBM. [98% sure].

Second - Microsoft, for their Office software. [2% sure].

Of course, I could be totally off-base...

I recall this from the dotcom era but I don't recall the brand, so I suspect it might be a company that has now gone bust. It's not IBM.

It's dotcom era according the the pal asking, he said :

Does this sound familiar? The commercial aired in the late 90s or early 2000, during the dot-com heyday. Anyone?

I've been looking through IBM ads just to make sure but found nothing there. I don't recall this ad at all, so I don't think I've seen it.

It could have been 2000.

The reason I'm thinking IBM (and also why I think it is later) is, for a while, IBM was pushing their complete services - i.e. we sell you hardware, but we also sell you the expertise to use it - consulting services, programs, programming, administration, interactivity, etc. [No, it's NOT AT&T, Qwest, or Xerox].

I agree with Alan. I'm thinking it was a huge company like Microsoft or Cisco Systems.

Aaaaargh, still haven't found it. Annoying.
