NEED HELP! Who is the intriguing redhead actress/model in the Clairol Nice N Easy commercial? LINK INCLUDED

Everytime i see this commercial i always ask "who is she?":

If you can't see the video just type in Clairol Nice n Easy in google video and you'll find it. She's the only actress/model in the commercial redhead with a beautiful face and amazing smile. This query has been in my mind since i first saw the commercial and have had zero luck finding a name or anything. Any help would be appreciated.
