Anti-Smoking PSA Smoking Makes You Look UnCool

Looking for agency, creator, or video sample of a recent Anti-Smoking/Cigarettes PSA that eatures several different icons of smoking propaganda, various actors speak lines of dialogue "They say smoking will make you cool.."...the actors transition from scene to scene- from a Camel ad to a Marlboro man jumping over a fence...to a black dj spinning tracks...to a glamorous movie star from the 30s...the curtains close on her silhouette and then re-open on a new silhouette which then reveals a man in a wheelchair in the middle of a hospital room...."but it will leave you looking like this."
