Tricky one.... baby in smoky car crying

I'm looking to find a commercial for my boss.

Unfortunately, he does not know who the commercial was made by.

Here's what I have: A baby in a car crying. Car is cloudy. Baby continues to cry. Then we see the mother in the car smoking a cigarette with all the windows rolled up. I'm guessing it's a 'quit smoking' commercial, though I have no idea who it was paid for by.

I've never seen this before so I'm having difficulty searching for it - has anyone seen this commercial and have any info that could help me find it?

That's ok, anyway now that we've narrowed down the geographical region I'm still stumped. Anyone else hear of this ad? Anyone? Bueller?

Thanks for the responses, we're still no closer to finding the ad, nor can my boss give me any more information about it, but I appreciate the help :)
