The film industry supports 2.1 million jobs in the US alone, with millions more around the globe. A large portion of those workers are freelance, and have now gone months without a paycheck. To help those affected, Reframe the World has launched KEEPGOING, a virtual gallery selling prints by directors and DPs around the world to support unemployed industry freelancers through the Motion Picture & Television Fund.

KEEPGOING is a project created by filmmakers, for filmmakers. It’s a virtual gallery offering 11x17 ($150) and 8.5x11 ($125) semi-gloss archival ink prints including work by a growing list of Directors and DPs, including Spike Jonze, Alma Har’el, Mihai Mălaimare Jr., Jonas Lindstroem, Gordon Von Steiner, Salomon Ligthelm, Vincent Haycock, Drew Daniels, Rina Yang, and Adam Newport-Berra. For every print sold, KeepGoing will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Motion Picture & Television Fund COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund. This fund supports the millions of industry professionals currently facing financial hardship due to the pandemic.

“If humans don’t support other humans, the world would collapse in times of crisis, “ relates Reframe the World EP Michael Peay. “We believe that as a company and as individuals. So it only made sense for Reframe the World to use its resources and time during this shutdown to try and support the thousands of crew members that make our work possible, while they face incredible financial hardships.

"We are so grateful for the support of KEEPGOING and of all the Directors and DPs who have contributed their photos and film stills. MPTF is committed to its mission of helping our entertainment community in their time of need,” From Courteney Bailey, Chief Development Officer for the Motion Picture Television Fund. “Our COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund is set up to provide temporary financial assistance for needs created or complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic, including help for issues including health insurance, mental health assistance, rent, food, and other essentials. This KeepGoing.world project is a beautiful showcase for the creativity and compassion of our entertainment community."

KEEPGOING was created by Reframe the World, an award-winning production company founded on the belief that stories can change the world. Reframe the World has collaborated with the Gates Foundation, International Committee of the Red Cross, New York Times, Ford, Arm & Hammer, and more. Reframe the World’s partners in KeepGoing are Creative Director Sarah Bassett, Design Director for Adidas Originals globally at Johannes Leonardo, and WORKS Studio, creative professionals dedicated to the process of cultural advancement through interdisciplinary design. At the heart of the project are the many directors and DPs who generously support the endeavor by donating their work.
